LISTEN TO PODCAST EPISODE 1: "INSIDE RETAIL" WITH HANNAH ZIPF

Since 2010, America’s vibrant consumerism has gone digital, resulting in what some consider a retail apocalypse. As online shopping grows, legacy retailers like Sears and Macy’s are closing. But other trends are also happening. Perhaps the word apocalypse is being misunderstood. A better term is evolution. While legacy retailers are shutting their doors, online companies are opening storefronts of their own. Today, consumers are craving something new as physical stores create unique experiences and engagements with customers. Physical retail isn’t dying, but rather shifting beneath our feet.
